New draft of Knowledge Artefact Identification specification

For those interested in the specification for Knowledge Artefact Identification (including archetypes, templates and terminology subsets), a major rewrite of the previous draft is now available here on the Wiki. It has been created based heavily on debates on these lists, experience of clinical modellers, CIMI community input, and implementation experience. Comments are welcome.
