Change to openEHR International Board Directors

The openEHR International Board have recently received the resignation as a Director of the Board from Michael Miller. Michael has been representing Individual and Professional members, has provided valuable input, and will continue to be an advocate of openEHR.
Michael has resigned due to family and other commitments, and the Board wish to express their thanks and appreciation, wishing him well for the future.
Rachel Dunscombe has been appointed until the next elections in May 2023. Rachel was given the second highest number of votes at the elections held earlier this year and having been a Board Director previously, she was an obvious choice to stand in for the next few months.
