Wokefield Estate Set in 250 acres of Berkshire parkland, Wokefield Estate has a high-tech dedicated conference building, and at the heart of the estate, a historic Mansion House. There is an 18-hole PGA-standard golf course and outdoor activity course in the grounds. Indoors there is a fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool available daily for guests to use. |

Location
Located just south-west of London, the hotel is located near Reading and just 10 minutes from J11 of the M4, and approximately 40 minutes taxi from Heathrow Airport. Travel from/to London Paddington is just 50 minutes on the new Elizabeth Line, with up to six trains an hour departing from Reading station.

Full conference package €769 (£660) - cost if booked before 1st July €699 (£600)
- Tuesday 5th November Day delegate, refreshments and lunch. Evening buffet sit-down meal within the Mansion House, followed by fireworks from the Terrace. Overnight accommodation.
- Wednesday 6th November - Breakfast, Day delegate, refreshments and lunch.
Can't join us for the whole event? You can still join us as a day delegate on either day (€390 / £335).
Need an additional night? We are holding a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate B&B basis on Monday 4th November (€171 / £145).

Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy? - We are unable to offer refunds, but might be able to do so in exceptional circumstances and should this happen you should contact us. Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event of having to cancel the conference, move dates or reschedule.
Is the conference wheelchair accessible? - The main entrance has level access with a permanent ramp. Level access to reception and meeting rooms. There are some ground-floor accessible bedrooms that would need to be requested for you. If you require a room to accommodate a wheelchair, please contact us before booking.
Can you cater for people with dietary requirements? - Yes, just ensure you tell us and we can arrange this for you.
